Multi-platinum rockers FUEL have unveiled 'Pull Me In', the second single from their upcoming seventh studio album, Pendulum. The new track brings a more vulnerable emotional edge to the band's trademark blend of heavy guitars, big melodies and powerful rock songwriting.
FUEL are continuing the rollout of their upcoming album Pendulum with 'Pull Me In', a song built around grief, memory and the desire to find strength in the past. The album is scheduled for release on October 30, 2026.
Rather than relying purely on the band's heavier side, the new single puts its emotional core front and center. Written by founding guitarist Carl Bell and performed by vocalist Aaron Scott, 'Pull Me In' deals with the feeling of reaching back toward people, memories and moments that once provided comfort during difficult times.
Scott describes the song as a confrontation between grief and the need for rescue, with cherished memories becoming something to hold onto when the present becomes overwhelming.
The track also reflects the creative chemistry that has developed within FUEL since Scott joined the band in 2022. His arrival marked a new chapter for the group, following his appearance on The Voice, where his performance of FUEL's classic 'Hemorrhage (In My Hands)' helped bring him to wider attention.
The current lineup features Scott alongside founding guitarist and songwriter Carl Bell, longtime drummer Kevin Miller, guitarist Mark Klotz and bassist Tommy Nat.
Pendulum follows more than two decades of FUEL's rock legacy. The band's breakthrough albums Sunburn and Something Like Human produced enduring songs including 'Shimmer', 'Bittersweet', 'Hemorrhage (In My Hands)', 'Falls On Me' and 'Bad Day'.
With Pendulum, FUEL are looking to build on that legacy rather than simply revisit it. 'Pull Me In' offers another glimpse at a band combining the sound that made them successful with the energy of their current lineup.
FUEL will also remain busy on the road throughout the summer and fall, with headline shows, festivals and other appearances scheduled across the United States. Among the upcoming dates is an intimate September 9 performance at New York City's Silver Lining Lounge, presented by Scott Lipps.
FUEL's seventh studio album, Pendulum, arrives October 30, 2026.
