R.O.T.: “Pretending To Live” instrumental playthrough feat. Uriel Olvera

R.O.T., fresh from the release of their new single “Pretending To Live”, available in official video and on all digital platforms, have just released the playthrough version on their YouTube channel.
The song was composed by the R.O.T. themselves in collaboration with Uriel Olvera, bassist of the Mexican Blinded By Hate, in some riffs, for the band it represents an approach to new sounds never experienced before and a substantial change in songwriting. The song follows the theme of errors, dealt with several times by the band, this time, however, a single song is not enough to tell this story.

R.O.T. was born in Cassino in November 2017 from the ashes of their previous musical project that involved Louis (Luigi Cervellini) and Eddy (Edoardo Merlino). R.O.T. are the initials of "Revolution Of Two" name taken from a song by the Swedish band AVATAR and which could not better channel the origins of the project. The themes covered in the lyrics are very varied, often we talk about reflections on the unconscious, dreams, desires and fears, but sometimes the band likes to mention films, manga and anime in the lyrics.
